I'm afraid without seeing proof of the script malfunctioning I have to go by our refund terms that state the following Purchases older than 14 days are final. You purchased this nearly a month ago. Runtime must be less than 6 hours. Your runtime is over 30 hours. Bans are not a valid reason for a refund. For the above reasons, this request is denied.
