Use of this template system is required in order to file a report.

If the report is against a staff member and you feel uncomfortable posting it, you can private message all evidence to an administrator and we will make the topic on your behalf and deal with the situation.

You are allowed to post only if any of the follow apply:
Original poster of the report.
A person mentioned in the report.
A person involved in the matter and/or can provide evidence to help with the case.
A person with permission from a staff member.
