Hey, I can see you've used the script for 47 hours already. We have a runtime limit of 6 hours for refunds. We also don't qualify getting banned as a valid reason for a refund. I recommend you to be in touch with the author of the script in case it's a configuration error on your end.

On our end it's the same as refund. And the 6 hour limit is not a period where you're automatically refunded. It only means if you go over it you're no longer eligible for a refund. But your initial reason for the refund isn't valid in the first place.
