theres isnt any accurrate guide, else no1 would be getting RWT bans, but ull be safer using HOME ISP or ISP / PROXIES, any form of trade drropping trading wilderness is gold xfer through accounts, ull have more "luck" if ur ip is from ur home and if its clean.
