I want to apply for a refund, but the script has been dead and cannot be used at all.

Hello guys, So I have tested multiple scripts with trials for a some time without any problems (~2years). Recently (1 week or so), every trial that I click on returns that my IP is not allowed.  I also tried using a corporate VPN, to use a different IP, and the response was the same. I think this is some account or geo blocking.  Is it reasonable to expect this to go away in the future?  Thanks as always!

Hey there, I've checked on it and the transaction was partially refunded for the amount of this script since you made multiple purchases. Can you check the original purchase and see if it was refunded instead? I'm not sure how partial refunds usually show up on cards, also be aware of the bank holidays in the U.S. that may be delaying refund times.
