You're one of the very few people we've actually banned in a year of operation. You're really just that obnoxious. Getting frustrated in tickets is understandable, people do it all the time. What's not acceptable is flaming in a bug report, when Veza treated you with respect the entire time. Again, you didn't get banned for "voicing your opinion". You got banned for acting like an asshole. "What about those that do not use discord? Should they be put on the back burner and face poor experiences because of it? When Scripters rely mostly on discord for users to report bugs or get help that puts everyone at risk. Your reputation that your website says the most advanced is on their hands. If anyone is having any issues, they have an easy way to contact us even away from Discord. As for this. This was clearly written entirely by ChatGPT, and directly copy and pasted. It's a waste of time to respond to a bot. All of the points here we've already gone over.
    2. Getting banned on Discord is not a valid reason for refund. You were banned because for every response Veza gave you in the bug report, you gave a passive aggressive response insulting us. We're fine with the refund of AIO for you. We don't want you participating in this beta. For all other scripts, unless you are under the 6h runtime limit, we're not okay with a refund. You have reported no issues with any other other scripts. "We submitted tickets, asked staff in discord but nothing much came from it." You submitted a single ticket yesterday. "I was mad in all honesty that it took me voicing my words outside of a ticket (because they would not answer within it besides saying wrong log and closing the ticket)." Your ticket got automatically closed because you couldn't figure out how to submit logs. I told you prior to the auto close they were incorrect. They clearly weren't broken, as you eventually figured out how to do it. "This is not a beta product, this is not how Developers should treat their customers." It outright says beta in the title. Below are instructions prior to submitting a ticket, where it very clearly states exactly what you need to do. In your ticket you complained these instructions were not clearly conveyed, and did not know that you could click the logs prior to starting the script. Below is what I had actually responded to, not your ™️ joke. And below passive aggressively saying we're too incompetent to handle this ourselves.
    3. What quest bugs? You haven't submitted a bug report on the Discord, or on the DreamBot thread. If I'm not aware of a bug, it can't get fixed. F2P for AIO is a known issue. If you bought it solely for F2P we're fine refunding it.
    4. Recruitment Drive just got added, likely doing Wanted and Slug Menace next for prossy.
    5. I'm going to assume you meant a G instead of a C there since there's no other farming script on the SDN. Just because an offer is put into the G.E at double the price shown, doesn't mean the offer is met at double that price. Usually, an offer for seeds is a bit higher. If a seed is listed as 1000 in the GE, and you put in an offer for 2000, it will usually buy at 1050 - 1100, unless it's a low volume item. The time saved by insta buying the item vastly outweighs sitting there waiting for an offer to go through at a lower price.
    6. Should now be unbuggy. You can press the logs button while the GUI is open, before you press our start button. As long as it's the same client session it'll be the same logs we need.
    7. Which cave specifically? The one right before the thrower trolls? This will be in the next update.
    8. What issues are you having? Can you join the discord? As long as the quest is set to active in your gui (Green) it should start up mid-quest with no problems.

    10. The script needs to initialize your bank to know what state it's in (rewards, loot, etc). It can't be started mid game.
    11. Silk or cake stalls? If you're low on food on an IM account it'll go steal from cake stalls depending on whether you can just buy food from a shop or not. Did you set the minimum threshold to 0, or the max? Can you send me a picture of your MISC tab?
    12. Lunar Diplo was planned on coming out on Saturday or Sunday, but I'm currently sick atm. New stuff is paused until I'm feeling better.
