The seller insists they gave you a working script that fulfills the requirements you asked for. You insist the script has serious bugs and issues that make it not acceptable. I don't have access to the script in question and haven't seen how it runs, so this dispute becomes a pointless back and forth where I'm too lacking in context to give a fair judgment. But by the seller's admission, this script did generate $250 in profit in the first month of usage. That's not typical of a script that doesn't work. The seller could have been more transparent about certain details. These arrangements need to be better clarified before payment is exchanged. Even assuming malice, the most severe punishment I can see here is a TWC label. We already have a platform in place for users to safely trial, buy, and even refund scripts if dissatisfied. These are the perks and protections you have when you use our SDN. If you choose to not use the SDN and insist on a private script alternative, then you are choosing to take on greater risk. You also opted to buy a private script from a seller who's not even authorized to advertise on our forum, per our rules. You're going out of your way to forfeit any buyer protections. If this were an SDN script and you provided the same arguments for a refund request, it would be rejected. And it would not make sense for private script customers to be given greater protections than SDN customers, when we explicitly warn against the risk in the former. For that reason, I'm leaning towards no action to be taken here, but I'll wait to see if there's any updates with more meaningful context given or if any other staff member wants to chime in.

Isnt it  contradictory if u selling "in first hand" but "anyone i have tested"? So you shared script before sale? so u cant stop others to use it either? _   Of course you did cause without this "preparing script" script that u sold wont be working cause it needs that gear lol. Muling was not free, it was included to. Dont say its free when its included in the price.  Yes u gave me automuling, that was indeed not included, but the rest was part of original script.     Cheap = u did put the price it cant be cheap or expensive in that point of view.     I am ready to give all my ready to go accounts to admins to them to test, it will die or will be getting bans on any setup. I told you every bug i have encountered and it had GE loops, travel bugs that have strange behaviour ( u call it antiban but bot literally is not pressing tp on skill necklace and run there, out of stamina and tp back to ge, and if bugged again he repeats. I sent u log that 1 bot was bugged and did it so he got more money from mule to get stamina potions lol )   I will send jar that he sent to me and bots, any proxies any setup 20-30% will die in 24 hours, deaths wont be even in webhooks, so dont look at this last db update deaths webhook again broke, ( time for you to blame db again cause its their fault and not your shitty code right?)   Yes i have atm 50 hour progie and 120 hours progies and i even had 140 hours progie, but i also had to restart other 60% of bots cause they die and cant even collect coffer that u was promised to add on day 1-2 after purchase but never got a time. I would not do this dispute if u just have added a coffer, cause im so tired of doing babysit for a goldfarm.  

I bought the script 26.1.2025, 21:10:03  and used it for 3 hours 18 minutes most of the time just staying in the bank or the script dont know what to do  the script switching world and then tries a 40% done quest to start over and over again from beginning happend with 2 quests and im done with it. I hope i can get a refund
