No way to give you an exact banrate that would be a good answer.  Banrates are subject to 100000 factors and no one even knows 10% of them.  
Covert mode changes how the client operates slightly in varying ways.  It has been proven to reduce bans on a number of task, but some types of scripts might not benefit from it as much as others.  It's a lot of trail and error but my motto is always better safe than sorry. 
 
Tldr: covert mode better most of the time

Sadly this used to be a thing but was quite under used and removed with the update to Dreambot 3.

Why would any of us risk our jobs / reputations built up over years for a random nobodies account?  Instead of leveling your main this entire time, you should have invested some time into leveling your critical thinking skills a bit. 

I'm really curious its why the bot forces you to keylog your password and have your acc info which is completely unneccessary. I'll be writing my own scripts these guys have no conscience.

Hi there, I'm dereferenced! My friends who play osrs always joked since I'm a software developer I should just create a bot for osrs. So I figured why not. I started out creating my own client, and injecting my own code. Surprisingly the effort there was fairly low, but I hit a road block once I needed to deobfuscate the game. I figured instead maybe I should just jump into something like Dreambot. Did my research, found ways to avoid bans, and so far I've really been enjoying the experience. Being a developer I've been coding everything - my goal being a one-click gold farming machine. It's been working out fairly well so far. Started with coding out some quests, some were easy, some not so much. My proudest is probably misthalin mystery, watching the bot move the mirror around to where it needs to go was so satisfying in the end. I'm hoping to make a little side cash from this, once I have a good script made, and a stockpile of gold put aside, I'm going to start selling on here. Also considering writing some private scripts if there's any interest there. My decade of professional experience in the software development world, and creating bots in other games has left me in a good position here I feel like to create something great here.

Sorry to hear you haven't had a good experience botting.  Botting definitely requires a lot of trail and error and honestly I don't think just botting for a week is enough to learn the ropes.  Would you mind providing some more details on what you were botting and your setup?

Don't bot your main, it will 100% get banned. Doesn't matter if you're watching or not.
Most bans are based off detection.

Hi, my name is Yamato and I'm and energy coach. I've always enjoyed botting, i started botting diablo 2 LOD back in 2013 and i botted in wow for a short while. I've always enjoyed botting for passive income, with that being said.. i have zero Runescape experience and my goal is to have a farm of 150+.

You definitely got chained, it's been happening a lot recently.
I'd suggest only botting 1-2 accounts until you get a feel for ban rates, then scale up. That way if you get banned, losses are minimal. I'm currently in this process as well.
If one thing gets you banned quick - scrap it, move on, and try something else.

Use a mule in the middle, thats about the only precaution you can take.
Just being burtaliy honest with you.  You saying you don't want to run 15 accounts at once is already enough for me to tell you that you won't make any real money off botting.  If running 15 accounts is to spooky already and you want to make big $$$ you'll need to boss, but boss accounts are $$$$$$$ and can still get banned.  

TLDR takes money to make money as well as a lot of trail and error. 
 
Will honestly just be easier to go work a few extra hours one day or mow some yards and rebuy the gold.  No one is going to hold you hand to the extent I think you are wanting.
 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Generally speaking you will need to create your own anti-ban system.  It's all tinfoil hat levels of speculation and each scripter does it differently.  Write your script and change things / make it configurable as you go along.  Once you can establish a trendline for your bans make adjustments to various things that you think could influence the ban rate  (clicking in different patterns, adjusting mouse speed, writing your own mouse algo, taking a different path from A-B, doing things in a different order, include a random chance to make misclicks etc).  Adjust bit by bit and find stuff that makes the trendline go down.  Then eventually you can abstract that up and make a framework or utility class that can be used across all of your scripts.
It is just a ton of time, effort, Trail and error~ good luck!

Was the reinstalling of windows 11 and deleting the partitions enough?  - Yes you deleted everything off the SSD/HDD means it would have deleted the rat along side with it.

We will create ( manually ) 500 accounts with 20+hs of game time lol , how do you expect a faster service?
