I tried to DM one of the staff members about this. Got a mail about a billing issue tho they where lifetime scripts  so I did not understand, I waited for a reply from a staff member. I checked my mail if there was any information about it. Suddently My dreambot account was banned. I do not understand anything, is there any support any real life person to speak to who can help me?

Hey there, I thought i canceled auto renew on VIP. i did this with scripts as soon as i purchased and thought i did on VIP. apparently i was wrong, i havent used the bot since i realised i was billed again, my apologies. just wandering if this can be undone. thankyou.

1. Date Purchased: April 30, 2025 @ 9:52 AM CDT 2. Script Purchased: Guester Lifetime by GZero & P2P Master AI by Aeglen (only want a refund for Guester) 3. Script Creator (tag them with @): @GZero 4. Reason for Refund: The bot is clunky as keeps getting stuck for me.  Was expecting this to be a one click and it goes bot, but seems to need a lot more interaction than I'm willing to commit to.  5. Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs): N/A, didn't record, just stopped using it after it got hung up again/acted weird. 6. Proof of Script Creator Contact: Did not contact, just want a refund. 7. Desired Outcome: Refund (back to payment method or store credit)
