I was looking for some tutorial island accounts and I found out that there are two types of accounts: tutorial ready accounts and tutorial completed accounts. Do tutorial ready accounts only come with a login email and password but not the character created? Some of them even come with an email (outlook) but it's not registered to the account. Does it mean that the login email is that outlook email and then I can set a new email as a registered email?
