Trial and error. Every method has a different optimum break period. Botting OSRS is not something you can click run and get a good result without doing a lot of research into what works and what doesn't. Additionally, nobody will give you their profile as it will negatively impact them. 

 

That being said, I just run 24/7 and don't break. Still have accounts last weeks, it depends on what you do of course - I wouldn't recommend this for a lot of methods.
