Not gonna comment on the client stuff because I don’t know enough about it. I’m sure whatever checks they do could be spoofed. As for your economics, no. You’re negating the fact that without bots all of those expensive things would also mean you can make decent money doing them.

I'm unable to run any paid script for more than about 10 minutes without getting banned too, I've tried about one million combinations. So, I'm sure what to suggest really. Try running a single client on your home IP on a handmade account and see what happens.

One or the other. It's hard to get good proxies though, and I wouldn't recommend a VPN unless you are botting like 1 or 2 accounts and pay for a good residential VPN. Check your IP scores before you use a proxy to see if it's undetected and has a good score against fraud checks etc.

Script doesn't seem to be able to stop once started when muling is enabled. Also can you add East Varrock bank?

Money making methods are the most bannable as gold farmers focus on those methods. Free scripts are used by more people so will have higher ban rates. The main thing is to not follow patterns. Mix up what you do. Take breaks. Don't switch up your play hours by too much too quickly. When you say make money, do you mean you want to make gold in game, or you want to make a gold farming operation to make IRL money?
