Yes, I did know you were banned on OSBot but this was made out to be as a result of a disagreement with the owner at the time which I accepted as a previous user I had business with was also banned (now unbanned) after an argument with the owner so I deemed this valid and looked no further into this.

 

Releasing personal information about me without my explicit consent I do not agree with so if my first name could not be referenced again that would be appreciated, nor my part-time job which I am doing solely on the side of other business ventures as it provides me with experience that is valued on a CV that i will require in the future - standard procedure for a 17 year old.

Yes, I had detailed the logo that I would like to be seen but nowhere in our chats did I ever ask you to make nor purchase a logo, as I had already contacted pharoah (i forget how to spell my princesses name) for him to potentially make a logo but nothing at all was agreed. My partner in this venture who was previously mentioned, after reading this dispute he made clear to me with screenshotted evidence that he had infact offered to give you the money paid for the logo, to which you declined.

 

In a screenshot provided I did state that I would like to make a profitable business for both "You and I" which again relates to the argument of him being a SUPPLER, as if a business is doing well in terms of profitability then again, the supplier would be making themselves a profit along with this, hence a joint benefit.

The points this user had made are irrelevant, stating that he would be a partnership with me and Top Wok, despite on joining our discord server we had made to discuss this. He was immediately given a "Supplier/Seller" role, further a moderation one as he decided to take control of negotiations which was understandable at the time as he would be a stakeholder in this venture and would obviously want the best in both a collective interest and his own personal interest in making the business turnover a large amount and ensuring a high level of sales.

 

In regards to FedoraIT and my scripting issues that I had encountered, I at no point Owned or was in any management role within this business, It was completely owned by @Lost Fedora hence the name "FEDORA IT". The feedback edit was accepted and was only created as I believed the feedback left was of a harsh nature and made the trade seem far worse than it actually was. A full refund was issued and all that was lost was time for both the client in question and myself.

 

The point that I removed his management role - where he was able to handle the site etc, as a result of me not wanting to put in work is completely fuckin insane, if i didnt want to put work into it, then i would've happily let you continue and build the site for me and I could've "sat around on pornhub in bed" and for comedic sake, im more of an xvideos user myself so dont accuse me of using pornhub...

In previous chats I explained that I was purchasing these things, I did not trick the user into giving me these things, he willingly and without my knowing beforehand, simply sent me them with the message "here you go".

 

There was no mention of any partnership other than the one between myself and my business partner.

You we're never a partner, you were contacted as a supplier hence why one of my first questions was how much gold you hold in stock roughly, which is the same question I had asked other users who I had contacted in hope they would want to perhaps be involved.

For the dispute I had with a script sale, no information from me was manipulated at all, many users on this forum were involved and know the happenings of it, including many respected members - the actual feedback edit post, I simply requested it either be changed to a neutral or to show a true reflection of the trade - I was and still am happy to accept the feedback I deserve for that Trade.

 

However in this case, no actual trade was taken place. You went off on your own without consulting the OWNERS, as to whether or not we would like you to purchase a logo for us, and are now demanding the amounts back after you made a decision yourself on the situation. And then providing the property to me without any mention of "oh ye you owe me X for X" - which is shown in my first reply which shows an email from the domain registration that you willingfully transferred ownership to myself.

 

 

This user is clearly just out to cause trouble, I have been active and trading on this site for over a year and many users of it would trust me enough to complete a trade of high value (eg, Dreamlicker with over 200$ trade) and others who have bought scripts off me - to which I have no active clients at the moment which you falsely stated as I will only accept small scripts as and when I have time. 

 

Using my personal information of my employment and personal life are disrespectful and all for a measly $10 - "im not a peasant".

 

I have in no way scammed you, I have simply removed your permissions that you were granted after learning of your shady and untrustworthy nature after speaking to users and doing my own research.

On a serious note, I think it's silly for this to be brought to DreamBot. I also think it's silly for such a large dispute to be made, when all it is, is just the termination of somebody not wanting to do business with @Seraphic.

At no point was in any ownership of FedoraIT, I was an employee and if proof is necessary I will happy provide evidence of my employment contract from the company stating that I am the Employee and (real name) Lost Fedora, was the employer and my boss.

 

Stating I am not a market presence is completely incorrect and commenting on my activity is irrelevant, i have almost double your online time, and feedback which is mostly from the market.

 

I am not going to comment further, this will be my final response with you as you are clearly out to cause trouble and ruin reputation, i have made my points clear in other replies and users have agreed with me.
