He asked me to get involved in the project. I invested in the project whilst he did fuck all and jacked off. He then removed my off the team and took MY intellectual property.

Backstory and proof:

Banker hit me up asking if I wanted to get involved in a project. I agreed. I took the initiative to make sure everything was in place. I bought the domain and the graphics and was working on the majority of the site. All Banker did was jack off and said "WOW NICE WORK" and used me to get what he wanted.

 

I bought the domain and the graphics. The total for the website would be around £6.65 and the graphics was $7. I originally bought the domain under the decision that I would have full access over it shown here:

He put me as full access manager then kicked me off. Proof:

This is absolute shady business tactics, not ONLY am I requesting a full response from banker but I am also requesting he gets a TWC for these "business practices". It's like hiring someone, them working for 1 month then not paying them for the time they've worked.

I requested to be paid back for the domain and the graphics (which was/is MY intellectual property by the way). I was screwed over and kicked off as a domain manager hence it should be returned back to me.

So he can kick me off at 1:20am but not pay me my money back at 2:20 that makes absolutely no sense. He shouldn't be allowed to pull stunts like this.

I'm requesting a refund of £11.86 ($7 for graphics + 9$ for the domain). It is my intellectual property and Banker did not even approach me. He silently removed me as a domain manager, stole the domain off me and took my graphics. He gave me absolutely no explanation and this is absolutely wrong and these shady business practices should not be allowed on the site.

It should also be stated that I had bought the domain name because I was a partner in the site (it was originally me, Banker and a guy called Top Wok). I had purchased the domain name before Banker. As you can tell from this screenshot, I only had intentions of sending it to Banker PROVIDED I received my domain privileges here, an agreement was MADE:

Edit2: If no TWC will be applied for this "shady" business practice, I would want permission to leave a negative feedback on Bankers profile considering I was used for what he needed me for and not given any compensation or explanation at the time.

 

Because the agreement was broken, the domain should no longer be his. I also have proof of invoice for the domain. He told me he'd pay me back, see this screenshot:

I feel this is absolutely fair a full refund on domain and graphics on top of a temporary TWC is absolutely fair. I have been involved in many partnerships and they've never worked out.

I've been expecting this as Prime will know as I warned him last night after I had indeed removed you're domain manager privileges that a dispute would most likely appear accusing me of scamming or something similar.

 

Firstly, yes I had contacted Seraphic in order to see if he was interested in becoming involved in a project of mine and my friend as a SUPPLIER, all was going well until we had noticed that this user was attempting to take a full ownership over the project to which he was originally only supposed to be a supplier of, with no say in the actions of either me or my partner in terms of decisions made. After this we decided to leave the issue for now and I went to sleep.

Further in the day, I went to purchase a domain to which I would be hosting what is now obvious - a goldsite. Only to find that he had already purchased this site without my knowing or consent, and then transferring ownership to myself (https://gyazo.com/8c306762e92c12c48c9a19d0f4d72f66)

 

Me and my partner had discussed and agreed that we needed to clear things up about Seraphic's specific role within this project. At this point I had already received some 'warnings' from multiple users about Seraphic so I decided to look into him through some searches around botting forums.

 

I had found (not sure if i'm allowed to link) a post on OSBot by I believe @Dbuffed That said that "...Then we have people like Seraphic who deserve to be completely gone from any community." - So I decided to contact Dbuffed on Skype about this and he showed me a dispute that Seraphic had done something very similar in an attempt to frame this user for scamming him.

 

At this point I had sufficient reason to distrust this user and decided until I've looked further into him and whether or not I wish to continue with him as a part of the team, I would remove his domain manager privileges (which he requested as he knows more about website shit than I do). I had agreed to the user that if i wished to not continue with him then I would happily  pay him the amount it had cost for the logo (Supposedly $7 USD) and domain (£6.65 GBP).

 

As he's already provided a screenshot of, I'm not scamming or willing to risk my reputation for like $15.. I believe I had all reasonable evidence to warrant me to remove his permissions under suspicion he was trying to do what had been seen in the past and from warnings from other users that had described him as "insane", "control freak", "completely mental". Along with his previous record of scamming, which I believe had resulted to bans/untrustworthy status on multiple other botting sites.

 

TWC is ridiculous for a demand - I've been trading on here and never had any issues trading with anyone, along with the users previous reputation, I believe its clear to see who's here causing trouble.

Responding to Banker.

 

Let me first put this out there.

 

I have very good proof of Banker scamming me and let me first prove this out.

 

Banker requested for me to buy the logo and he's now bullshitting about everything and clearly used me to get what he want.

Not only that, the @Dbuffed incident was absolutely completely separate. He told me he wanted me to get involved with the project and absolutely bullshitted me. Also his partner clearly stated that I was a valuable asset to the team:

Banker is a complete scumbag. He stole MY intellectual property AND not only did he do that but he refused to even talk to me or explain the situation prior to doing so. What did he do? He removed me from my moderator powers, took the funds that I paid and basically fapped off. Banker is an untrusted user. He had made absolutely NO attempt to contact me prior to removing me from the team or even telling me anything that I was doing wrong.

Banker was more than happy what I was doing for the team. Instead he decided to "BS" me, take my money, take my intellectual property and move on with his life. Is this fair? Of course not, he should pay me, he shouldn't hold the site and the intellectual property and not give me any security to hold whilst "he and his partner" talk about the final decision.

Also, I would like to see my "previous record of scamming" @Banker. I have never scammed anyone and although multiple of my employees have scammed, I have always refunded them in full. Banker/Taylor is an absolute scumbag who not only used me to invest in the project but had also authorized everything that I was doing and even told me I was doing a fantastic job. OK then, go ask people like Fratem, Searchy, Buyacc and anyone else in my discord. If I truely did scam someone on another botting forum then I would be permanently banned on here. Anything scammed was not personally by me, but rather workers and therefore due to my incredibly legitimate reputation, you won't find any proof of me scamming.

 

Sythe ban was to "doxing" a staff member which was for 6 months and it wasn't even doxing, the rules there are so shady people will dig up whatever information to get you banned and my OSBot ban was because I caused a hassle to Saiyan who is also now banned and also Maldesto himself.

Let it be known that Bankers last business went to dust. FedoraIT is no longer running and it is most likely because of Bankers management skills. Where did FreakJoost say Seraphic is a shit person to work with and Seraphic is a scammer. You don't see people talking shit about me because I'm not a skid who does McDonalds work for £5 an hour and relies on other people so you can wank off to pornhub in bed. This really is a joke and this really is a sad manner. In fact, I was actually a Moderator in your Discord, not a "supplier". You removed any permissions from me being a manager, not because I couldn't get the work done but simply because YOU didn't want to put as much time and effort into the website as much as I was.

Lastly, Banker not only removed me from having any domain association whatsoever BUT he also did planned this from the beginning "strategically". How? He removed me when his partner was asleep. So this means, not ONLY did he make was this a decision based on a dictatorship BUT as mentioned earlier, he never came to me or even told me anything about this. He removed me as a manager, took away all my management position and ignored me until I CONFRONTED him myself. He also told the developers that he was going to do this and obviously they knew but I wasn't informed whatsoever UNTIL he was confronted. This is ridiculous. Look, here he told me he wanted to build this as a profitable business for both him and me:

 

 

I wasn't involved in the business as just a supplier. I was involved as a Manager/Investor/Partner. This was a partnered position between me, Banker and Top Wok. Due to the fact he made this decision as a dictator, this should not be allowed. If he had another partner in the company he should have waited for him to get on. Not ignore all the work I've done, offer to pay me back, say he'll pay me back in the morning and then delay it "till he talks with his partner". - He wanted to buy in a part of a website I was helping run with my at the time friend who owned the website Kyle. I'm pretty sure even Panda will remember me advertising this. 

 

- This warning was for the same website in question i'm mentioning. So again let's get back on topic, MY FRIEND Kyle wrote up a agreement for himself and Seraphic as it seemed Seraphic was in fact interested in buying a partnership as he claims they have "all fell through" 

 

 

As you can see above, Kyle requested he does certain things. I actually had Seraphic try make me lose my position on the website as of such because he wanted to go into it by himself after it was ALL CREATED by me and Kyle. He wanted his own hired web developer to sort the whole backend which would mean Kyle is in fact paying for the website and Seraphic owns it. 

All in all Seraphic decided to apparently "buy a license" without consulting Kyle, blamed me for it because he went behind my back and I blocked him after that. I told him yeah I'm banned on OSBot at the moment and yes I did intend to buy 3 months worth of pins for $90. I am not a parasite. I never had any intention of owning the website.

 

Lets talk about it this way. When did I ever say I would own the website. No, I actually was willing to have the IPS license. I said I would have the website developer install the license. The web developer said he would much rather prefer to install the license himself. I can provide ADEQUATE proof of this if you wished.

 

My only request was to be an Administrator on the site. You guys would still hold full control of the back-end and the web developer would update the license every time it had to be updated. IT WAS YOU who was upset with this and felt that I WAS SHADY based off this. I am not a shady person, you just had no confidence in me whatsoever.

 

I got banned for approaching a mod by his first and last name which was publicly available on Sythe and I was banned from OSBot due to complications with Maldesto. In fact, didn't you get banned on OSBot at some point for private messaging Maldesto's wife on Facebook. You don't see me publicly going on Facebook and messaging your wife do you DBuffed. Exactly, no. Thats not who I am as a person.

 

I never PAID to have you removed as a owner on Pixade. I just wanted a split of donations and administrator which you would only provide if I got you x amount of members. I told you it was easy to get members which it is by the way. You then "doubled" my target because you felt it was necessary to make it harder for me so you could keep all the profits until I reached your target, doesn't that make you the parasite. I still own the license. By the way, the license bought for the Miasmic Forums was bought WELL AFTER the deal with you and Kyle didn't go through. You blocked me because you didn't get your own way AND then you told me never to contact you again. I have not tried anything "multiple" times, I have only done this deal and the last deal. Bear in mind, this was Bankers decision. Nobody else was consulted about this and I don't see how you're actually involved in this deal in any way, shape or form.

Also, isn't it funny. There was a conversation with Maldesto in there. I actually have Saiyan on Snapchat. Saiyan is now banned from OSBot? Why is Saiyan banned from OSBot. Considering I got multiple warnings and eventually banned for causing drama between me and Saiyan the mod who was mainly affected by it was permanently banned from the site? So, I was actually planning to appeal my OSBot ban but Saiyan isn't there anymore so I don't have anyone to back me up anymore.

 

Also, access to emails. If your concerned about privacy you could have just limited my Admin Command Panel access, I don't recall EVER being told hey you can have limited administrator control panel access and 15% split of donations and when you hit 1k members, you get full control of the ACP and 25% split of donations. Dbuffed, this is not my issue here. It's not my fault you can't negotiate. I'm always willing to work with you, the only issue is that YOUR not willing to work with me. HAHAHAHA you think I'm going to give you a nulled version of IPS. No way, for $60 I get a legitimate license. You do realise you can use an IPS license multiple times but disable the checking. I highly doubt your boy "Kyle" knows more than Apache AH64. When you're willing to negotiate, and not have things your own way and be money hungry and act like a cunt then I'd be willing to talk to you. Nothing was shady here. The guy I'm using is a reputable member and multiple users can vouch for him. You just didn't get your own way, cried and threw a hissy fit. The IPS license was installed on my forums April 5th. You blocked me the PREVIOUS day. I bought a license for myself after you blocked me. I'm willing to negotiate. But no, its your way or the highway. I reported you for acting shady on a business deal and it was rejected because nothing was exchanged. Had I given you the license and didn't get anything in return then what? Banker KNEW I was banned on OSBot. I had already told him at the beginning. He encouraged me that being involved in this project would help me get unbanned from OSBot. Here is the proof of this:

Sorry Imgur was down. His "OSBot" point was completely irrelevant to this whole situation. I told him yeah I'm banned on OSBot at the moment and yes I did intend to buy 3 months worth of pins for $90. That is absolutely no problem but unfortunately Maldesto is not willing to accept the deal at this time.

My only request was to be an Administrator on the site. You guys would still hold full control of the back-end and the web developer would update the license every time it had to be updated. I never PAID to have you removed as a owner on Pixade. I just wanted a split of donations and administrator which you would only provide if I got you x amount of members. I told you it was easy to get members which it is by the way. You then "doubled" my target because you felt it was necessary to make it harder for me so you could keep all the profits until I reached your target, doesn't that make you the parasite. I still own the license. By the way, the license bought for the Miasmic Forums was bought WELL AFTER the deal with you and Kyle didn't go through. Also, isn't it funny. There was a conversation with Maldesto in there. I actually have Saiyan on Snapchat. Saiyan is now banned from OSBot? Why is Saiyan banned from OSBot. Considering I got multiple warnings and eventually banned for causing drama between me and Saiyan the mod who was mainly affected by it was permanently banned from the site? So, I was actually planning to appeal my OSBot ban but Saiyan isn't there anymore so I don't have anyone to back me up anymore.

 

Also, access to emails. If your concerned about privacy you could have just limited my Admin Command Panel access, I don't recall EVER being told hey you can have limited administrator control panel access and 15% split of donations and when you hit 1k members, you get full control of the ACP and 25% split of donations. At the end of the day, you are a parasite and you tried to frame me for something that you knew I had no involvement with.

 

You had nothing but bad intentions, you claimed i stole from you which was incorrect as I never took a penny off of you or asked you to spend any money either.
