bobodlm 0 Author Posted April 16 (edited) Yes, I know risks apply to the account. But in the case of it getting nuked within a few hours, imo warrants a refund request. And given EU laws 'you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days in which you may cancel a purchase for any reason and without a justification'. Which applies to both digital and physical products. Edited April 16 by bobodlm

Aeglen 429 Posted April 17 (edited) From DMs: "You can request a refund from the admin on the request-a-refund subforum, scripters can't handle them. When script bans happen they are almost always after a reasonable amount of time ie days, "within a few hours" suggests external factors such as the account creation/unresting process itself." I've never seen someone quote the EU 14-day cooling off period on this forum before lol, but I don't think it is being correctly applied here since you have already downloaded and begun using the software (https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-contracts-regulations-ajWHC8m21cAk). Regarding the refund request itself, that'll be down to the Dreambot terms and conditions and how long you used it etc, but if it were my choice I'd be leaning towards approving it on the condition that you do not purchase any of my stuff again in the future. I do not want to deal with users who are simultaneously new to botting yet also litigious/forceful in their conduct. Edited April 17 by Aeglen Meteorite, justbenh, Hans Zimmer and 1 other 4
Hashtag 9079 Posted April 18 Hi, our store terms and refund policy which you agreed to upon purchasing the product state the following getting banned is not a valid reason for a refund and you're only eligible for a refund if your total runtime for the script is less than 6 hours. I can see that you've used the script for 9 hours already, which exceeds the runtime limit we have for refunds. I'm afraid you're not eligible for a refund for these purchases as per our refund terms.
