Extension Possible - Guester?

1. Date Purchased: 01/05/2024.
    
2. Script Purchased: Guester (Monthly).
    
3. Script Creator (tag them with @): @GZero.
    
4. Reason for Refund: GZero is on holiday and none of the developers are covering him...my impression, from the advertisment, was that the script is fully functioning but it isn't and it is not currently supported by any developer; it requires a significant level of manual intervention and workarounds which make it unusable for mass-account creation.
    
5. Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs): See attached, 8 bug reports. It is not possible for me to upload screenshots of every bug report individually due to the max total size of 512kb but I have uploaded a sample and the screenshot of the amount of bug reports I have made following G-Script's process of uploading the logs etc. I have also uploaded screenshots, and a full explanation of each bug, in the tickets to make it easy for them to fix but nobody has read them. If you want me to upload proof of every issue here too then I can.

Proof of Script Creator Contact (required: screenshots, videos, and/or links to replies): @GZero is on holiday so it is not possible to contact him so I posted in the discord and his colleague replied to confirm that nobody can support with Guester in his absence as you can see there are others complaining about the level of manul intervention required and lack of support too unfortunately.
    
7. Desired Outcome: Refund (back to payment method or store credit) / Issue Fixed / Script Swap: I need this script so I don't want a refund, however, the level of manual input, especially when running a large amount of accounts, is very time consuming. I would like an extension, when @GZero returns, and fixs the bugs if possible please. Ultimately I am just unhappy about the level of manual intervention required and the absence of maintenance that you should be able to expect from a premium script. The scripter has a life and can't be blamed for going on holiday, of course not, but some of these bugs have been around since the script was first published (I used the search feature on Discord to check) and haven't been fixed. The fact the other developers refuse to look at Guester, when they are meant to be a team, is disheartening and I feel disulisioned as a customer of G-Scripts. I feel it is only fair that I do not pay for the week (it will have been two weeks by the time @GZero returns and then who knows when the bugs will get fixed as obviously he has other things to do too) that the script has not been functioning properly. If it was just one bug then I would not ask, but so far I have identified 8 fatal flaws in the script and it just feels like I have been sold something that hasn't been tested at all.

Your total runtime for the script is over 350 hours, so you wouldn't be eligible for a refund for this purchase. Extending subscriptions is not something we generally do when dealing with refund requests.

However, I recommend you to be in contact with @Nuclear Nezz @veza @GZero directly and ask them if they would be willing to extend your access to the script because of the absence of their lead developer. They're able to do that if they see fit.

Me and the BotHarder community actively build accs from level 3 using Guester and small minor bugs but if ur using it to mass 500-900TTL accs enable All is the only button u have to press if a quest is bugged u disable that one quest and keep going .
