brocowsci1 0 Share Posted April 23 (edited) 1 Date Purchased: 04/05/24 - 04/06/24 2 Script Purchased: F2P Master AI - Dreamy Guardians Of The Rift - cCGargoyleFarm - 3 Script Creator (tag them with @): @SubCZ @camelCase @Zawy @Aeglen 4 Reason for Refund: thought I was purchasing a subscription to the scripts only to realise that wasn't the case after later seeing my bank statement and checking the purchases 5 Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs): N/A 6 Proof of Script Creator Contact (required: screenshots, videos, and/or links to replies): N/A 7 Desired Outcome: If possible I would like to instead swap the following purchases for their monthly subscription varrients and have the rest of the funds be refunded as ( store credit ) My appologies if I wasn't supposed to put multiple scripts in one request, while I might consider myself a dreambot veteran, i'm fairly new to the forums and making purchases. brocowsci1 0 Author Share Posted April 25 I honestly didn't know I was purchasing lifetime and didn't realise until I later saw my bank statement and came back here to check why I spent so much. Is there nothing that can be done even though I'm asking for store credit? Or possibly switching for another script from the same authors for the same price? Hashtag 8701 Share Posted April 26 I'm afraid the same rules apply to script swaps and upgrades/downgrades. The total price was shown to your when you were making the purchase and you should've paid more attention at that point. I'm sorry, but my previous decision remains.
