I've seen this problem before. I'm not 100% certain if this works, but try loading the Runescape client in a separate client, e.g. the old school client, or OSBuddy's client. Make sure you're NOT playing in resizable mode, then re-try.

literally wont open at all, didnt initially have java installed and it had me find some file to open dreambot with and now that i chose to open with runelite i cant undo that and ive tried deleting and redownloading yet its still trying to open with runelite
