I am not completely sure if I understood your question but you can use Dharoks with this script. You need to choose the option to use rock cake and preferrably flick rapid heal. From my understanding of your question. No, you must repair the Dharok set yourself, fortunately from 100% it lasts about 16 hours of combat, so just keep that in mind when setting the bot up.
