Hey i just bought the script but i got instantly banned why i would like a refund, since im not going to be using it now 😕

I had it running for 2 mins before ban, i know you normally dont refund for Bans. But as i didnt even get use of the product.

I think you need to post more information to even have the slightest of a chance here. It has never crossed my mind to ask for a refund when an account was banned, but your case was interesting since you claim you were almost instantly banned after starting the script. To me, this is not logical. Jagex anti-bot system will not detect and ban a bot in 5 minutes, like, from beginning until end. I think that either your account or IP was flagged, and/or you had used bots on this account at least once before. Most likely, you would have been banned "in 5 minutes" with any script. No offense, but it is but one of a "third party" persons view of your claim.
