hi guys so i just got chain ban 3 accoount so my ip is probably flaged is their a way to bot on different ip i heard proxy do you have something to sugest me sorry my english is not my best thanks.

Dedicated residential proxies would be the best but even for example the 10 free proxies you get from webshare will probably be fine.

odds of a chainban for 3 accounts are slim to none, odds are they all three just got banned

how would we get those? i think i got blocked from making new accounts so i think my IP is blocked or flagged

You got to this page: https://www.webshare.io/pricing and sign up for a new account. You will get 10 free proxies with a bandwidth of 1 GB/30days to use iirc.

I agree with this... I have been running multiple bots in the same computer and network trying to learn about how the ban system works and how to prevent bans.
All the characters are in the same Jagex account, 6 have been banned so far, the other 5 are running smoothly in this experiment.

So, my humble opinion, I don't think this is related to the IP.

Unlrelated to this topic:

im trying to figure out how run other characters i made on the same Jagex account in Dreambot, but it defaults to one of them without giving me the option to choose which one I want to play when logging in... 

 

Do you know how to switch?

Open your Jagex Launcher, select the character name you want to play, select the Game Client that is patched for DreamBot, and then click Play. It will launch with the selected character.
This is how I am doing for running all the instances at the same time.
