KCBot 74 Posted June 23, 2024 (edited) Date Purchased: June 21th Script Purchased: cCLavaDragons Script Creator (tag them with @): camelCase Reason for Refund: Script doesn't work, get called "nigger" and multiple other things in he's discord, no customer support at all. Bought this script to quickly test out some things, in the time it took me to get some actual support i could have created it myself. When i post the bug that MULTIPLE other people are having you are just getting flamed, i'm a paying customer and this is honestly the most unhinged Discord server i have ever seen, specifically considering there are no guidelines on what to do, and that i posted in the "help" chat. He can say that the people doing this shit aren't "mods", but they have roles that make them show up right below Camel's name. On top of that he timedout me and another customer with the same issues that were legitimatly asking for help, instead of the people saying "Ill shoot this nigger", before changing it to "Ill shoot this dutchman" (i'm dutch). He literally muted the people asking for help in the help chat, while letting the people that flame these people stay. The timout also prevents me (and the other person that got it) creating a ticket, so again, he is literally ensuring no customer support can be given to customers, OVER telling "hes" people saying shit like that isn't okay, specifically in a "help" chat. I wish dreambot would force at least some requirements on the "big" sellers so that the buyers don't have to go through pages of personal insults to get some sort of support. Could have made the script myself in the time it took to even get a normal respond that doesn't involve personal insults. Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs): The script itself just keeps running around, it goes to the wildy, then instantly goes back to the bank. Has been an issue for a while now, as multiple people have issues with it. Proof of Script Creator Contact (required: screenshots, videos, and/or links to replies): Before this it said "shoots a nigger": I'm dutch, so you can see what he means with that. (One of many) Desired Outcome: Refund (back to payment method or store credit) / Issue Fixed / Script Swap: Refund, i don't want to be a part of he's scripts anymore, i really hope staff sees that this behaviour is not okay. I got timed out in the "help" chat instead of the people calling me a "nigger". I absolutely recommend against buying any of he's script if you are expecting any sort of normal customer support. Pandemic 2818 Posted June 23, 2024 Refunded that. @camelCase try to clean up your Discord, this is the second refund (that I know of) caused by the people in there. If someone asks for help it isn't really helpful for everyone in there to immediately flame them. The racist language is also obviously an issue, I'd consider getting a mod or setting up automod/some other moderation bot. Thanks! idhurtit, chuy01 and KCBot 2 1

Brother, you gave me + another PAYING customer a timeout because we asked for help in a HELP chat. I can send you the many screenshots of people insulting PAYING customers, talking about "niggers" and shooting me because I'm black or Dutch. There were multiple people complaining about this issue for multiple days, as you can see in the screenshot that you posted I stayed polite, as I always do. Instead of just admitting that you could have handled this better and that your Discord is a bit unhinged and very customer unfriendly you decide to timeout and now ban paying customers from your server. Your scripts may be fine or whatever (they didn't work for me and others), but your customer service is absolute thrash. You need to understand that good customer support directly equals more sales and happier customers. Letting your people call customers "niggers" and threatening them doesn't. As for the screenshot, how would I know that was about the same issue? You didn't ping me, you didn't say it was for lavadragons. chuy01 1
