4. Reason for Refund: The images on the about thread are expired and thus do not explain requirements clearly. Script will not bring freezes or entangles and the about thread says nothing about not being able to use those.
5. Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs): See their about thread
6. Proof of Script Creator Contact (required: screenshots, videos, and/or links to replies): I am not linking any fucking proof. I have made reports to you guys over a week ago and have not heard back. If I am not refunded I will dispute the transaction with my bank. If it comes to this and you take action against my account I will dispute every transaction ever made to dream bot.
7. Desired Outcome: store credit or script swap for g spindel.

G0 from g scripts decided to ban me for trying to speak about this issue with him. so because of so I am disputing every transaction ever made with you guys since you allow your scripters to treat customers like this.

Replying for anyone else that might be reading, as obviously we're not fine with a refund request to you. Below's the full context of what he got banned for. The top image was his first message in our chat, my response was the "?", then followed by the last image. I still don't know what you mean by denying a refund, when again, this thread was posted about 3 minutes prior to your message in our Discord. No one denied you a refund.
