REFUND Sub account builder v3 lifetime & sub quester lifetime.

1. Date Purchased:  26/05/24 and 30/05/24
2. Script Purchased:  SUB account builder v3 lifetime and SUB quester advanced lifetime
3. Script Creator (tag them with @): @@SubCZ
4. Reason for Refund: Script is running but not doing any actions, loop in bank for farming activity. Ask him kill sand crabs or anything or other ennemy, he go al-karid) 

it's been 3 day people (me include) complain about it on the discord of the creator, we are let without anything,can't contact him private message on discord, don't answer on dreambot at this point it's just scam I will rather go see other script of other dreambot creator who catch my eyes than continu with SubCZ, he lost my trust.. Sorry for bad english. 

5.Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs):  Screenshoot. One i ask my character to do combat task, the other agility pyramid. Combat task isn't working the right way and agility pyramid is loopstuck staring at bank.

1. Proof of Script Creator Contact (required: screenshots, , and/or links to replies):  See the discord of the creator. The channel Help is just bunch of spam of people asking the bot to work, can't open ticket to contact moderator, can't PM SubCZ.  
2. Desired Outcome: Refund back to payment method for sub account builder and store credit for sub quester advanced lifetime )

Hey, I'm seeing over 400 hours of runtime for the account builder. That is way beyond the 6 hour runtime we have for refunds. I'm afraid you're not eligible for a refund for that purchase.

I've refunded the quester, though.

@SubCZ@SubScripts I have noticed an increase in refund requests for your scripts and many of the users appear to have similar issues with no response from you. Please fix the bugs, and start responding to your customers. Otherwise I will have to take the products down.

Yes, i run the account builder for 3 day without any major issue ( some but it's ok, i don't complain) on 9  account, until 4 day ago when everything go wrong.

 

I buy lifetime, not "3 day time" that's why if you take the product down, will i be refound for my lifetime sub too? ( on the 400 hours.)

Looks like Sub is pushing out some updates now, so the products aren't currently being taken down unless the problems persist and Sub fails to take action.
