    4. Reason for Refund: forgot to cancel renewal
    5. Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs):

    7. Desired Outcome: Refund to Store Credit

    Just forgot to cancel the renewal. Don’t need it at the moment.
