Just wondering...whats the difference between your trial mods, global mods and super mods? Why wasn't it just made to have one set group called "moderators" ?

Each position is given a certain amount of power ( and responsibility ) to use accordingly.

Trial position is like a test basically to see if you are worthy to complete your experience further and get promoted or not

Global is almost the same as super but probably has less power than super.

Super means he is in charge of the rest of the mods and has an extended power ( or responsbilties ) over all other mods

So basically, trial and global have the same power when it comes to actions they can do, while super mods have more actions over both?

Trial mod: someone that is in a "test" to see if they should become a global mod.

    Global mod: normal moderator

Super mod: Moderator that looks over the global mods

We have to have a nice hierarchy so us devs/admins don't get overburdened by small forum issues a trial mod can handle :)

No, they do all have the same responsbility, for example if a dispute were to arise or such, in terms of power trials are not alike with super or global, Super can maybe have ACP access while globals do not
