If the client crashes it's probably throwing an error. Run the client via command prompt and check for errors. The developers should be able to help you further if you get the error message. IIRC it should print a message in the console when it's regearing etc. Check what it's missing. Most likely you've started the script with a consumable (eg glory (3)) and it used a charge on one of the quests.
