Hey, thanks for the image. By looking at it, it seems like the problem isn't caused by it not realizing it already has finished tutorial island. It's caused by it failing to fetch your account's details, as seen in the paint's status field. I have no idea why it doesn't proceed from that, so would you be able to take a screenshot of the debug console or your terminal (which is partially visible in the background, above the client)? I'd like to know if any errors have popped up. Thank you for your co-operation.

Sure I can take some more screenshots. Also I get different errors if I start the client via the launcher vs quickstart.

Alright, thanks for the info. Apparently there's something wrong with loading an account text file. What kind of errors does it print when account file isn't used and it's stuck "Grabbing details"?

Thanks. I'll be home tomorrow and will look more into this issue then. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. At the moment I can only assist you to do the following:

Close the client, delete jagexcache from C:\Users\You\ and run the DBLauncher.jar to download the latest version of the client.

I only see these errors when I launch via quick start. When I launch via the DBLauncher I don't get errors logged in my terminal and when I open debug window I don't see anything either. 

But I still stand in lumby (that was my first screenshot)
