Dwarven mines are not currently supported by this script, but in the near future I might implement it in as there has been lots of requests for it. I think it depends where you are located when you start the script. I haven't noticed it since I started adjusting where I begin the scripts. I've been doing coal in southwest lummy and it occasionally thinks lummy bank is closer than draynor bank. Regardless, it's an awesome script! I'll be buying more! You can't enable both world hopping and anticipating. Disable anticipating and you'll be able to enable world hopping. IIRC this is mentioned in the instructions.
