I experienced it yesterday, but I didn't get to take a screenshot, as it went to break right away, ending the issue. It was a bit more centered this time, rather than the off-map. It was around between 2 portals instead of behind or at the corner of the map. Next time I see it I'll be sure to post or PM a screenie . Edit:Said "Boat8000" if the 8000 makes any difference haha.
