Could I please refund my recent monthly purchase of p2p AI please? unforeseen circumstance, can't use currently since I got multiple acc hit with a ban. I now have multiple monthly instances I can't use. This one in particular I was 100% under 6hr playtime, if you can check by instance base(compared to when running my 2 lifetimes) I used it for maybe an hr before bans hit.

 

1. Date Purchased: 04/01/2025
2. Script Purchased: P2P AI
3. Script Creator (tag them with @):  @Aeglen
4. Reason for Refund: Cannot currently use the script unfortunately  so maybe i'll build up new acc and re purchase later this month
5. Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs): Just check playtime, idk if you can seperate it but its only been 1 day. check it agianst my lifetime, it could've accidentality ran the monthly version when I had a free lifetime version, since there's quite a long 1-3 minute delay before it lets you run p2p again after ending script. In such event, it could choose the monthly over lifetime. I promise I'm not pulling your leg, just can't use it.

7. Desired Outcome: Refund (back to payment method or store credit) / Issue Fixed / Script Swap 

refund(prefer) or store credit because I'll just buy again when I have accounts to run it on

 

edit: If you do find it was ran over 6hr, I apologize. I just remember buying it before bed and waking up to most of my acc banned (most where running other scripts before so I'm not blaming your script at all) but I'm pretty sure it was less than an hr.

Our system doesn't differentiate runtime between instances, so all I can see is that you've used the script a lot recently. That may or may not be from your lifetime instance. However, given the purchase for the monthly instance is quite fresh, I went ahead and refunded this to your account credit.

Thank you! yes, You can see its usually ran around 48 hrs a day with the 2 lifetimes, with little or no change after buying. Just bad timing, will get it again soon
