Juicy pork chops are the best, dry ones suck - Degrees are in fahrenheit

    Features

    - Nourishes you and keeps you from being hungry

    - Is yummy

    - Good source of protein!

    - Uses custom antiban

    Setup

    - Get together LOTS of salt, pork chops (thin cut if possible), olive oil, pepper (fresh ground is better!), butter, optional carrots and potatoes.

    - Have either an inventory full of raw port

    - Make a bowl full of salt water, completely saturate water with salt, and add some olive oil

    - Place pork chops into the water and let soak (brine) for 30 minutes. Chops can be frozen or thawed.

    - Oven @ 400 degrees, place pork chop in over with small amount of butter and pepper on it.

    - If you want carrots or potatoes place these in as well atop and beside the pork chop.

    - 4-8 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of pork chop

    - Sit back and enjoy

    - Report any bugs you run into!

question, can i use Chicken instead? 1. i hate pork for the most part mostly because of point two. 2. Pork here in england is hopeless fatty and poor tasting.

I'm not sure to be honest, iirc the process of soaking in salt water is unique to pork (at least has been in my experience), but you could certainly try it.
