4. Reason for Refund: very deceiving in the description of the bot. "170+quests" its including diaries which are not quests. By reading this I thought it would do all of the quests.

I don't find the claim "170+ quests & diaries" deceiving at all. I believe their forum thread for the script lists all the supported quests. They also offer a free trial so you can try the script before purchasing.

Anyways, I've refunded the purchase for you.
