4. Reason for Refund: Both of my accounts have gotten stuck logging in and out repeatedly during slayer training or gotten stuck at hunting kebbits, I made a bug report in discord but didn't hear back yet

 

I purchased 2 instances, but the bugs only arrose after I purchased the second instance, I'm hoping a refund for both instances would be possible.
