Hashtag 9029 Posted March 1 Hello, you can purchase a new instance and it will stack with your existing ones. So if you currently have one, and buy another, you will end up with two.

I believe buying 2 instances was at a slightly cheaper discounted rate rather than buying 2 individual ones - which is why i put in the request @Aeglen Cheaper by $24 infact. Hashtag 9029 Posted March 1 Yes, that's correct. Usually you get a discount when you purchase in bulk. However, you've already used the product for over 57 hours after the purchase, so you're no longer eligible for a refund for this purchase. We have a limit of 6 hours of runtime for refunds.

Personally I'd support this but it's down to the admin and their terms, which are based on "how long until I realise the script is not for me" rather than this scenario, apologies

Damn that's a real shame but understandable.. i guess i'll just stick with the one instance until i can afford another $84.. Thanks @Aeglen for understanding.
