    Script Refund Request Template:

    1. Date Purchased: 7/6/24
    2. Script Purchased: Dreamy Elite AIO Skiller Monthly
    3. Script Creator (tag them with @): @Zawy
    4. Reason for Refund: Would like to get a refund so I can purchase lifetime memnbership instead
    5. Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs): N/A
    6. Proof of Script Creator Contact (required: screenshots, videos, and/or links to replies): @Zawy Are you able to confirm that I have contacted you via discord?
    7. Desired Outcome: Refund (back to payment method or store credit) / Issue Fixed / Script Swap: Refund, because I have already purchased Dreamy AIO lifetime
