Refund Request

Hello,

I am looking for a refund on GRevs and GVenenatis, the scripts are medicore at best and have gotten three of my accounts banned in the last three days. I still plan on being a long time customer, just want a refund to use on other scripts.

1. Date Purchased: GRevs - Not sure. Within the last couple days. GVenenatis today.
2. Script Purchased: Grevs, GVenenatis
3. Script Creator (tag them with @): @Nuclear Nezz
4. Reason for Refund: Scripts both got me banned and Grevs doesn't work efficently
5. Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs): 
6. Proof of Script Creator Contact (required: screenshots, videos, and/or links to replies): 
7. Desired Outcome: Refund (back to payment method or store credit) / Issue Fixed / Script Swap: Store Credit

Bans arent a valid reason to get a refund.

 

Though, I would like to know what kind of inefficiencies you have noticed. Both of those scripts perform exceptionally well. Please make a script suggestion in our discord about potential improvements you would like added.

As veza said, we don't qualify getting banned as a valid reason for a refund.
