Was intrigued by the fact that it supported Ironman, and overall looked really great. However, it has come to my attention that it doesn't use my energy potions, iban staff etc., and I would like to request a refund so I can try my luck with another script.

Store credit is fine.

edit: I didn't realize that the first formula was for scripts, I thought you had to use the 2nd one if you were VIP.

Reason for Refund: I was intrigued by the fact that is supported ironman, but after setting it up and using it for about half a quest, I came to the realization that it wasn't using best items in my bank, such as; Iban's Staff, Super Energy Potions/Energy Potions, Prayer Potions. As well as it doesn't use Prayer when running through/past monsters that would normally require this. (Troll Romance ranged monsters). Also I had the Agility requirement to use the shortcuts, but instead it ran the long way around. -- TLDR: This leaves me to believe, that more quests will have issues and be inefficient.

We are not. There's no current reports open for what you have mentioned. For anything requiring prayer, the script will bring prayer potions. When I played, I had always just ignored the thrower trolls if I had food on me. 

Why would you want to waste Iban's charges on a quest boss that you safe spot? While it would be faster, the increase would be marginal (likely around 10s~ for Troll Romance specifically). Likewise, do you want the bot to drain super energies to quest? At the stage that you don't have stams but have super energies, they should be relatively valuable to your account.

In either case, that doesn't explain why it doesn't utilize the agility shortcuts, or use prayer anyway for that matter (bringing potions or not).

My grounds still stand, and I would like a refund with store credit, since I have ~1hour played setting it up, and running half a quest.
I intend on purchasing another script on the site of same value, that can hopefully do what I wish, better.
