4. Reason for Refund: did not want it renewed somehow i cant cancel it. requesting refund for the monthly renewal and stop the monthly subscription
5. Desired Outcome: Refund (back to payment method or store credit) / Issue Fixed / Script Swap - store credit is fine

Refunded that renewal to credit, and it looks like you've already canceled the renewals on that script.

It looks like Sub Slayer - Advanced, Sub Account Builder V2, and VIP all still have renewals enabled.
