Proof of Issues (required: screenshots, videos, and/or DreamBot logs): Getting error when uploading screenshots to site.. Proof of Script Creator Contact (required: screenshots, videos, and/or links to replies): Just sent a report issue to them right before making this. Pandemic 2724 Share Posted January 19 Hey there, unfortunately you've used that script far more than we allow for refunds (we generally allow up to 6 hours of usage), also per our terms being banned isn't a valid reason for a refund as there are a variety of possible reasons that it happens. It shows I used it for a while but I was using it with breaks and I am not sure if that keeps the runtime going (while it is taking a break for 4-5 hours I had it set to) but it was nowhere near what it says it was. Or it was from my past using it/using 2 accounts at the same time? Anyways, I feel a refund is in place due to it not even being a full 24 hours and all of the accounts used are banned... I am using a VPN with proxy service, so it's not linked to any bad IP. It's either the script or dreambot itself which should be addressed. When you made the purchase you agreed to our product refund policy, by which you are not eligible for a refund in this case. Take this as a warning. Please note that if you proceed to file a bank dispute for this purchase, your account will be permanently banned from the use of our site and client. Should probably not sell a broken product then... It's not illegitimate if what I paid for doesn't work lol, it's not a threat I just don't feel like people need to pay for something that doesn't work. I turned it on for less than a day -18 hrs total (including 3-5 hour breaks so it wasn't near that long). Someone wanting a refund within 24 hours nearly shouldn't have an issue with any product that is defective. I'll drop it for now since I do have multiple scripts I have purchased. Hashtag 8707 Share Posted January 24 The product is not broken. If you're experiencing an actual issue with the script, I'm happy to look into it. Botting is risky and can lead to your account being banned. Bans can be a result of many variables, not just the script. I'm sorry to hear about the ban, though.
