analytics show you had menu manipulation and no click walk off, historically people get better ban rates with those enabled, 12 hours is very quick and sounds like the source of your account was a problem

did you run with an unstable proxy or something? i can see you brought the script but my analytics hasn't seen you, i dont think you are lying but the only other reason i can think of you wouldnt get tracked if that your proxy was getting blocked by my server.
