I think I am close to getting it to work. I installed Java 11 as per the link, and was able to replace the launcher as per the instructions. When I go to launch it in the Java Launcher, I get "Error The launcher has experienced an error and needs to close. Process returned unknown error." Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm not very tech savy.

Still trying to figure this out.  I installed the Java 11 as per the link,  zipped both files into one folder.  When i open the DB Launcher Tool it says, "Error: A JNI error has occured, please check your installation and try again."   I feel like I followed the instructions but i'm doing something wrong.  

I did download someone elses Java recommendation and now i can get the Db Launcher to open.  But when i'm on that final step in which im supposed to "Replace Launcher"  It shows up saying, "Failed,  Could not find: DBLauncher.jar"

Smith 2h what u need to do is go into your computer and find where u placed the db launcher select it that way. then do the replace launcher. once you do that click on the jagax launcher and select runelite. then open your db and it will work

Make sure you're using java 11. That error means you're not

im also suddenly having this issue? stating a java error when i try to  use the injector

make sure ur clicking on the runelite.jar file for the launcher
