I'm looking to create an almost automated setup from account making to end game money makers looking to start with 25 accounts inevitably ending up in the 100s

You would need a private scripts for that. Something to register accounts, to go through tutorial island, to train account, quest it till the end game money maker (I suppose bossing or CG?). Something like that made privately would probably cost 10k+ USD to begin with and there is no guarantee that you will make any money due to bans. Just saying.

There is a bit of uncertanty regarding the Jagex launcher, as far as I understand. I think Jagex is planning to prevent botting that is built into clients by transitioning the whole playerbase to the launcher, becuase it has client tampering verification. I could be wrong, but making a massive investment might be a bad idea rn.

I've seen forum posts that a Jagex launcher bypassing/compatible Dream client is being worked on, but we will see how it goes. I dunno though, I just got here yesterday.
