You can continue to run stuff on it, it just beeps to let you know it can't support everything if the power goes out.

Hmmmm so think this can run a 1000watt psu desktop power house along with xbox and tv ? I need to know what voltage ups i shud buy. Hmmmm but like you said if it beeps i can switch it out and just use a couple things on it

Some of these UPS only have a 500WAtt-900Watt limit. if my desktop psu is a 1,000Watt psu then wont this be undertaken due to this ups? If you get what im saying? the ups won't power the psu of my desktop fully, but im not sure if that is the case? Maybe 1 volt, has tons of watts. I forget my electricity stuff

I forget my electricity stuff Your computer won't use 1000 watts unless all of your components require 1000 watts of power.
