As well as 75 Range & 60 Slayer. Not to mention the Quests done on the account as well as the untradeables. I'm not asking for 200$ for the account thats just the Win price so if u were to bid 200m You'd auto win it. It's Starting at 80m, Because its clearly worth more then 80m, You don't have to bid 80m if you feel like it isn't worth it don't. Someone around there may pay the price range you're looking for, especially since you're willing to use a middleman. Also, when an account receives a temporary ban it does decrease the value of the account. Realistically, I'd say you'd be able to get between $40-$60 for this from the right buyer.
