TheUndefeated 1 Posted May 4, 2018 HI, I recently requested a git repo and received it. This is the link I got; [email protected]:theundefeated.git . Looks good to me, however I can't connect to it using SmartGit. I can only connect to it if I remove the "ssh." subdomain but then it won't allow me to use a password, only a private key. How do I connect to the repo? If I compare my link to the one of Apaec in his tutorial, it doesn't have "ssh." in front of it, which is weird.

Milasoft 202 Posted June 16, 2018 Do you not have the option to change to password like this? I used your repo name and it seems to work for me.

TheUndefeated 1 Author Posted June 16, 2018 I got one step further. A clean install only was not enough. I went ahead and removed the settings folder in %appdata% as well, that seemed to work. However, upon filling in my password (with authentication type password obviously), it will give me the same error.
Milasoft 202 Posted June 16, 2018 Hmm, maybe just double check the password is being entered exactly how it is on the request page. That's the only other thing I can think of.
