Best way to reduce ban rate?

I was wondering how much do you guys bot, so that the ban rate is way lower because when I leave it overnight, it bans me 100%.

Usually no more than a 2 hour session for any one activity at a time.

Would you do the same task for 10 hours straight? Probably not. Like most users have said, bot for a small amount of time and always watch your bot.

dont bot stuff that everyone bots.if you do then do it in a location where it isnt highly noticeable.being a osrs member helps.being active with osrs.

Switch up what you are botting, insert your own click in periodically, babysit it, don't overnight often and play legitametly alot. I ran chaos druids with an old busted premium script for like 2 weeks last summer and made 40+ mil but both evenetually received two-day bans. Haven't botted since but before then I had never been banned in 4 ish years of botting.
