Ive seen this problem twice now on separate accounts, last time I guided it manually but now it timed out. When I continued the script it did manage to get upstairs and finish flawlessly so Im not sure if its a consistent error. No screenshots sorry and my client is up to date. Oh, maybe the roofs are blocking the stairs? If that's the case, DreamBot has a roof solver, you can enable it in the client settings. Sorry it's odd because I run waterfall on all of my accounts and never really had any issues with that quest.
