Will this help with reducing Game Ban rate?

All of my accounts are getting bans. 8 so far in 2 days. 7 was woodchopping. 1 was pest control and questing. I have vip with antiban as well. Is there anything i can do differently? They were running 12-14hours lol. 3 were perm ban 5 was temp ban(1day)
