Menu manipulation is enabled and it still does it.

Pickpocket script always right clicks >pickpocket. Anyway to incorporate menu entry swaper or menu manipulation? With basically everyone using some sort of RL client with MES, seeing an account right clicking every time looks like a dead giveaway as a bot
